His particular expertise lies in matching candidate specific experience to the client’s strategy whilst also adding experience and value to a Board, alongside the required corporate governance.
Having grown up in Devon, Neill has a long-standing relationship with the sea and being outdoors, with decades of falling off surfboards, sailing boats and riding mountain bikes.
Dan has over 25 years’ experience of leading senior level search assignments across the EMEA, US and Asia Pacific regions for a broad range of FTSE 250, Fortune 500 and SME (including private equity owned) organisations.
He works closely with board directors and senior managers of multinationals (public and private), UK companies and non-profit organisations, helping them find exceptional executive and non-executive leaders across all functions ranging from general management, finance, operations, business development, HR sales and marketing to manufacturing, engineering, procurement, supply chain, R&D and HSE.
In his spare time Dan enjoys spending time with family. He sits on the committee of his local cricket club and plays when he can (an increasing painful experience!). Just as painfully, he’s learning to play golf and tennis and aspires to playing both to a mediocre standard.
